Your rights as a data subject
You can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting our data protection officer under the contact details provided:

- Correction of incorrect personal data;
- Erasure of your data stored with us;
- Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations;
- Objection to the processing of your data by us; and
- Data portability if you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us.
If you have given us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority at any time. Your competent supervisory authority depends on your state of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. Purposes of data processing by the controller and third parties
We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Data Protection Statement. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- you have given your express consent;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you;
- processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation;
the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not passing on your data.
Erasure or blocking of data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for in the various storage periods required by law. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or after those periods expire, the corresponding data will be made unavailable or erased routinely and in accordance with statutory provisions.

For this purpose, it is required that you state a valid e-mail address. This address will be used to assign the enquiry and then respond to it. The provision of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. After your enquiry has been processed, your personal data will be automatically erased.
